In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Cybernetic Transposition Trainer/Coach Training 6 (SET4A - CTT/CT6) and to have the opportunity to receive nonexclusive limited licenses to present Cybernetic Transposition Training and/or Coaching programs, I unconditionally agree that:

1. The Cybernetic Transposition processes and materials, the Super Achiever Coaching Program processes and materials and the Cybernetic Transposition Training/Coaching Training processes and materials are valuable intellectual properties owned and copyrighted by Stuart A. Lichtman and that my unauthorized disclosure and/or use of same will cause significant economic harm to Stuart A. Lichtman and/or his licensees.

Further, I unconditionally agree that:

2. I WILL NOT provide on-line (Internet-based) English language CT Training and/or Coaching or any derivative thereof nor recruit via English language Internet pages or English language reference to any such training or coaching. However, I will have the right to promote my CT Training and/or Coaching via email assuming that I do not, in any way, represent that my offering is competitive with Stuart Lichtman's Super Achiever Coaching Program (any version). I will immediately pay a fee of $5,000 per violation of this agreement to Partners in Excellence, Inc.

3. I WILL NOT distribute any CT- or SACP- or Shared-Vision Leadership related materials to anyone without explicit written permission from Partners in Excellence, Inc. I will immediately pay a fee of $5,000 to Partners in Excellence, Inc. for each violation of this term.

4. I WILL require each person to whom I intend to present CT Training and/or Coaching (or any derivative thereof) to register in a manner specified by Partners in Excellence, Inc., whether they are fee-paying or not. In order to register a CT participant, I must document their name, address, telephone number and email address and obtain proof that they have purchased the ebook system "How to Get Lots of Money for Anything - Fast." (This purchase will provide them with access to all of the advertised/unadvertised Bonuses and the Audio Seminar Segments, as required to complete your CT Training or Coaching.)

5. I WILL require each fee-paying client to pay a $250.00 license/materials fee to Partners in Excellence, Inc. as well as a training/coaching fee to me. Not withstanding the above, I understand that the first ten fee-paying clients that I train after I am Certified and sign the SET4A - CTT/CT Licensing Agreement will not pay this fee.

6. I WILL register the name, address, telephone number and email address of each person to whom I intend to present CT Training and/or Coaching with Partners in Excellence, Inc. along with the fee paid to me. I understand and agree that if I do not so register either my non-fee-paying or my fee-paying clients, they will not be eligible to receive any CT materials.

7. Without reservation, that I WILL NEVER provide CT Training and/or Coaching (or any derivative thereof) to anyone who has not registered as noted above, purchased the "How to Get Lots of Money for Anything - Fast" ebook system and paid any required fees. In the event I do provide such unlicensed training and/or coaching, I will immediately pay a fee of $5,000 per person so trained or coached to Partners in Excellence, Inc.

8. Without reservation, that I WILL NEVER show any of the SET4A - CTT/CT training materials, the content of the SET4A - CTT/CT site or any of the SACP materials or contents of the SACP site to anyone who is not a registered participant in the SET4A - CTT/CT program and that, in the event I do, I will immediately pay to Partners in Excellence, Inc. a minimum fee of $5,000 for each occurrence of such unauthorized access.

9. Without reservation, that I WILL NEITHER make nor distribute ANY copies of any of the SET4A - CTT/CT or SACP or Shared-Vision Leadership training materials. Notwithstanding this, I will have the right to make a single printout copy of all such materials for my own personal use. In the event that I violate this condition, I will immediately pay a minimum fee of $5,000 to Partners in Excellence, Inc. on a per item basis for each such copy.

10. I understand that this pricing and terms may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of Partners in Excellence, Inc.

11. The price in effect on the date the deposit is paid will be the full price that I will pay for the SET4A - CTT/CT, with the balance due no later than the final payment date indicated on my signed time payment agreement. In the event that I fail to pay the installment due by each of the agreed dates, my payments may be forfeited or transferred to a later SET4A - CTT/CT training and my participation in the SET4A - CTT/CT6 terminated at the sole discretion of Partners in Excellence, Inc. I agree that if my payments are transferred to a later SET4A - CTT/CT training, I will pay any higher price that is in effect at that time. In the event that my card issuer declines any scheduled payment, my debt to Partners in Excellence Inc. will persist indefinitely until paid.

12. I understand that a minimum level of enrollments in the SET4A - CTT/CT6 is required to proceed. If I have made either the first Time Payment or Full Payment and Partners in Excellence, Inc., at its sole discretion, determines that it has not received sufficient registrations to proceed by December 31, 2013, I will be given the option of receiving a full refund or leaving my payments in place for the SET4A - CTT/CT7 training to be held when sufficient participants have registered. I understand that if I receive a refund and later want to re-register, I will pay any higher price that is in effect at that time.

13. All SET4A - CTT/CT6 fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in the event of documented illness that prevents me from participating in the SET4A - CTT/CT6 program. In order to receive a refund, such documentation must be sufficient to convince Partner in Excellence, Inc.'s consultant M.D. that my illness prevents my participation. The determination by Partners in Excellence, Inc.'s consultant M.D. will be at his or her sole discretion and final. I agree to abide by his or her determination and I expressly and finally release Partners in Excellence, Inc. and its consultant M.D. from any direct or indirect, expressed or implied liability at any time rising from said determination.

14. If I enroll under the SET4A - CTT/CT6 Time-Payment Plan, I authorize Partners In Excellence, Inc., on the monthly anniversary of my enrollment, to charge the card I use to enroll in the amount stated on the SET4A - CTT/CT6 sales page. If any payment is declined by my card issuer, I authorize Partners In Excellence, Inc., to completely block my access to the SET4A - CTT/CT6 program until I bring my account up to date. I agree that any time payments declined by my card issuer will remain my legal obligation.

15. If I participate fully in the SET4A - CTT/CT6 and fail to become Certified, I may participate in the SET4A - CTT/CT7 at no additional cost. The SET4A - CTT/CT7 will be my only opportunity to participate again without charge. To participate fully, I must attend at least most of the Monday sessions and all but one of the Friday sessions and must submit the required Homework on a timely basis.

16. This agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
